Registration
New and returning members are always welcome - come along and join our friendly club. You can register for a full or half year. Check out the membership below for more details. Membership includes use of the track.
To register for the summer season only, choose Q3 and Q4. To register for the winter season only, choose Q1 and Q2.
You must register within 14 days of attending your first club meeting. Registration can be done online.
All athletics is run by volunteers. Juniors must have a parent volunteer 2 evenings a season, thank you.

Regardless of when paid, registration ends on 31 March.(Age is as at 31 December)

MEMBERSHIP AGE AND SEASONS

Membership Seasons are:
FULL SEASON Q1 – Q4 (1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025)
12 month membership (from Date Of Registration to expiring 12 months later)
Quarter Season Q1 (1 April – 30 June)
Quarter Season Q2 (1 July – 30 Sept)
Quarter Season Q3 (1 Oct – 31 Dec)
Quarter Season Q4 (1 Jan – 31 Mar)
OPTION 1: FULL SEASON and 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP
Active Member 6 Years and under FULL SEASON (Q1 – Q4) $40.00
Members born in 2018 or later, who participate in Club Nights and/or Club Runs.
Active Member 7 - 14 Years FULL SEASON (Q1 – Q4) $90.00
Members born between 2010 - 2017, who participate in Club Nights and/or Club Runs and other competitive activities.
Active (Competitive) Member 15 – 19 Years FULL SEASON (Q1 – Q4) $110.00
For members born between 2005 – 2009, who participate in any activities the Club and Centre may offer, which are generally considered of a competitive nature. This may include inter-club, Centre Championships, National Championships, etc.
Active (Competitive) Member 20 - 22 Years 12 month Membership $120.00
For members born between 2002 – 2004, who participate in any activities the Club and Centre may offer, which are generally considered of a competitive nature. This could include inter-club, Centre Championships, National Championships, etc.
Active (Competitive) Member 23 - 64 Years 12 month Membership $140.00
For members born between 1960 – 2001, who participate in any activities the Club and Centre may offer, which are generally considered of a competitive nature. This could include inter-club, Centre Championships, National Championships, etc.
Active (Competitive) Member 65+ Years 12 month Membership $110.00
For members born in 1959 or earlier, who participate in any activities the Club and Centre may offer, which are generally considered of a competitive nature. This could include inter-club, Centre Championships, National Championships, etc.
Social Member 15 Years and Over 12 month Membership $90.00
A social member is defined as a Club member born in 2009 or earlier, who only participates at club nights and club runs. This generally does not include competitions offered through the Centre or Inter-Club competitions. Some clubs have “friendly, non-competitive runs”, these are considered to be social for membership purposes.
OPTION 2: WINTER TO SUMMER MEMBERSHIP
Active (Competitive) Member 23 - 64 Years
For members born between 1960 – 2001, who participate in any activities the Club and Centre may offer, which are generally considered of a competitive nature. This could include inter-club, Centre Championships, National Championships, etc.

OPTION 4: VOLUNTEER and SECOND CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Volunteer | FULL SEASON (Q1 – Q4) $20.00
Volunteers are defined as members that give their time freely to the club, but DON’T take part in the club nights and club runs, as a participant. For example, committee members and supporters.
Second Club – Social Member | FULL SEASON (Q1 – Q4) $70.00
This membership is for anyone wishing to join as a social/associate, or non-competitive member only, but CAN take part in the club nights and club runs, as a participant. For example, committee members and supporters. This member must hold a current membership with another club to be eligible for this subscription.
