We’re excited to host a day of fun, friendly competition designed to support the growth and development of our junior athletes. This event is all about encouraging participation, progress, and a love for athletics in a supportive environment.

Please ensure athletes arrive well-hydrated and with sunscreen applied, especially if the weather is warm. Being prepared helps everyone enjoy the day safely and comfortably.

We greatly appreciate and welcome the support of parents and caregivers—your involvement makes these events even more special.

Just pop along on a summer club night or winter harrier day and have a go and see what it is like.
