Athletics Whangarei offers a wide range of activities and events to get kids into athletics. Age group: 5 - 12 years old. Registrations online, except 5 - 6yrs olds register on club night.

We have weekly club nights during term 4 and term 1, Ribbon trials and champ shows.

Athletics begins in 2024: 23rd January

Ribbon Day: 6th February 2024

Club night Tuesday, 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Our winter harrier programme is also popular with the juniors and families, with runners /joggers /walkers all welcome. Events are family friendly with a range of distances on offer. Dates: April - October. (See harriers under sections.)
